This spiritual weekend is true therapy for the mind, body and soul.
We will focus on the six pillars of health as defined by Deepak Chopra. Sleep, Mindful Meditation & Movement, Healthy Emotions, Self Care and Nutrition.
Calming energy therapies of Reiki- Hands On Healing, Yoga & Sound bowl healing sessions will be provided.
Learn Ayurveda's 5 elements of self care & make authentic connections with yourself and others.

A Safe & Nurturing Space where you can begin to surrender to the process of mindfulness. The goal of mindfulness is to achieve a state of alert, focused relaxation to thoughts and sensations without judgement. This allows the mind to refocus on the present moment. It creates greater health & well being by making conscience choices on all six pillars of health.
Ability To Connect
Interact with other overly busy super women who are currently living lives as multi-taskers, just like you. This weekend together gives us time to stop, reflect, journal and explore new ways of living that aren't keeping us on a treadmill of activity and confused thoughts.
Luxury Accommodations
This retreat is being held at Seas The Day or Royal Sea Retreat in the beautiful marshland neighborhood of Spanish Wells located on Hilton Head Island. The homes are brand new and professionally decorated with serene and peaceful, luxury bedding for your comfort.
Meals
Healthy meals will be available for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Food sensitivities or allergies will be honored & respected. Continental breakfasts, snacks as well as being able to experience local culinary flair at our favorite Hilton Head Restaurants. Mindful eating is a very important to healthy living.
Exercise & Meditation
Part of our journey will include walks on the beach, yoga, meditation, sound bowl healing and journaling. Learn Ayurvedic techniques for creating better choices for a healthy lifestyle.
