Sound Meditation & Acupuncture
Join us for an experience of true rest, relaxation & wellness.. Be immersed in the healing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, the ocean drum & relaxing rain, while receiving energy balancing acupuncture from our licensed Doctor of Acupuncture. This 60 minute ceremony will leave you feeling calm, refreshed and incredibly peaceful.
Introduction to Ayurveda
Learning about Ayurveda, an ancient "science of life" healing practice will help you gain a better understanding of your unique mind, body constitution. We will explore the six pillars of health: Sleep, Nutrition, Exercise, Meditation/Prayer, Healthy Emotions & Self Care/Grounding. This personalized health care system will guide you toward greater wellness of being by introducing daily rituals designed to restore balance and encourage healing for mind, body & soul.

Reiki Level 1, 2 & 3 Certification
These courses, offered over two days are for students who wish to further their knowledge & understanding of Usui Reiki and practice this beautiful healing energy on yourself or others. Attunements & Certifications will be earned upon completion of the course so that you may practice Reiki on yourself and/or others. Level 3 Reiki Master Certification allows you to honor Reiki as a business professional.
